"Cute selection with plenty of options"
They’ve got a lot of cute stuff to choose from, which is always nice. My only gripe is that some popular items seem to sell out and take a while to come back. I get that restocking takes time, but it would be great if the favorites came back a little faster

"Bad packaging, really not worth the trouble"
In a thin mailer my order showed up, with almost no padding at all, and the box inside was crushed on two corners. The item itself was cute enough, kind of okay, but the way it was packed made it feel like nobody really cared.
I sent them pictures and got back just a basic reply, which was annoying. For what it cost, better packaging I definitely expected. I won’t be ordering again...

"The wait really ruined it for me"
I ordered from kawaiination.com because the stuff looked really cute, and I expected it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time. But the shipping took weeks, and the tracking barely updated, which made the whole thing feel frustrating because I had no clue what was happening with my order. By the time it finally showed up, I wasn’t even excited about it anymore. The items might be nice, but the long wait just left me feeling annoyed. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I absolutely didn’t care when it arrived.

"Not as sturdy as I expected"
I was expecting this to feel a lot more solid, but it comes off cheap and flimsy. It just doesn’t seem like it’ll hold up well over time.

"My package arrived without any issues..."
My package arrived without any issues, but one of the items was the wrong color. I reached out to support and they took a while to get back to me, and I just had that “why is this so complicated?” reaction. In the end, I kept it because I didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle, but for the price, it was annoying.

I’ll admit the items look cute, but am I missing something here? For what I paid, I expected the quality to feel a bit better. It was just okay, and once I factored in the shipping, it felt even more overpriced. I don’t think I’d order again unless the prices came down a lot.

"Easy fix and really friendly service"
I had a small problem with my order, so I sent them a message and figured it might take a while. They got back to me quickly, and because they were so helpful, the whole thing was sorted out without any stress. It felt simple and friendly from start to finish. I’d definitely order from kawaiination.com again.
